GE Ecomagination
Born out of GE Chairman Jeffery Immelt’s belief that “Green is green,” the Ecomagination campaign positions GE as the global leader in eco-friendly technology with subtle wit, charm and intelligence. From 2007-08, this campaign was honored with a raft of awards, including an Emmy nomination for the “Jar” spot and recognition from the AICP. At Cannes, “Jar” was also selected from almost 400 ads to win the coveted Cannes Dove award, for most popular ad at Cannes. And in 2008, the campaign was honored with the first Green Effie ever awarded.
